The challenge
The business served walk-in customers, corporate catering, recurring wholesale accounts and private events. Marketing had grown across several channels, but the pieces were not working together as clearly as they could. Local business information needed consistency, advertising needed cleaner separation, website journeys needed improvement and tracking had to distinguish genuine completed orders from misleading conversion activity.

Meta-attributed revenue reported for June, with A$3.76 average cost per attributed purchase for the relevant reporting period.
Platform attribution is directional campaign evidence. Meta, GA4 and the ordering system use different attribution methods, so these figures are not treated as one-to-one incremental revenue.

Campaigns were separated by intent, including brand, catering, menu and event demand. Search and Shopping were also reviewed separately because combined reporting produced roughly 1.2% to 1.4% CTR, while Search without Shopping was approximately ten times stronger. Tracking work corrected GA4 purchasing at the genuine checkout-completion page, resolved duplicate Meta purchase tracking and corrected misleading brand-campaign reporting.
